My daughter is almost two and I still feel like I haven't figured out how to squeeze exercise into my schedule. My current goal, now that I'm off work for the summer, is to use the kiddo's naptimes as Me-time. M/W/F workout, and T/Thurs read for pleasure. Have you integrated exercise and a child? How?!
